📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and tracking ID once your order is shipped.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days 

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as local holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

• For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across all pincodes within India covered by our courier partners. If your pincode is non-serviceable, we will inform you and issue a full refund if necessary.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect shipping address

• Multiple failed delivery attempts

• Customer unavailability

We will contact you to confirm the correct address and re-dispatch, or process a partial refund (excluding shipping charges).

❗Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged, tampered, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Photos of the package and items received

We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.
