At Lumifresh, we care deeply about your satisfaction and are committed to delivering the highest quality herbal hair care products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.

  • You have received a different product than what you ordered.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days .

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products used or tampered with

  • Products purchased during special offers or discounts (unless damaged)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

💰 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process your refund via bank transfer after confirming return pickup.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return and place a new order after the refund is processed.

📦 Return Procedure

  1. Email us at info@getlumifresh.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and schedule a return pickup if eligible.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed.
